CONCEPT

Brainstorming and sketch preliminary design ideas based on the client’s input, site analysis, and design inspiration. This phase involves exploring various layout options, color schemes, materials, and furniture arrangements to bring the vision to life.

DESIGN

Creating detailed design plans, including floor plans, elevations, and material selections. Collaborating closely with the client in design, making any necessary revisions. This step also involves developing working drawings.

APPROVAL & SOURCING

Sourcing furniture, fixtures, and materials based on the approved design plan. We provide the client with options for review and selection, then place orders for all necessary items while tracking delivery timelines to ensure everything arrives on schedule.

EXECUTION

Coordinating with contractors, vendors, and other professionals involved in the project. We schedule installations, deliveries, and necessary site visits, keeping the client informed of project progress and any potential delays to ensure a seamless implementation.

INSTALLATION

Overseeing the installation of furniture, fixtures, and accessories, arranging and styling the space to bring the design vision to life. Then, a final walkthrough with the client to ensure their complete satisfaction with the finished result.
